The Best thing about Smith’s is the layout. Non-smoking on main floor. This is not some smelly Bar. This place is super CLEAN. The Nightclub / Pool Hall, Bar is upstairs and its super clean too.
The other Best thing is the sandwiches are HUGE and taste great.

So anyone who likes good food or is looking for a good, “Food Challenge” will want to stop in for lunch at Smith’s Downtown Tap and Grill. The sandwiches are to say the least impressive, always fresh cut and very tasty. If you conquer this food challenge with in 30 Minutes (like wings etc. wall of flame) you get your name and picture on our facebook wall of fame, a Smith’s T-SHIRT and in July and August a $15 Cash Prize.

Locally food Challenges have seen a big spike in popularity in fact a recent news story Stated: That Jim Fiedman reportedly is “scouting for other food challenges”. Well if you know Jim F. Tell him about our Challenge and tell him good luck. A lot of people order a half sandwich and still take part of it home. We are two doors west of Waka Dog same block Down Town Mishawaka. Now that I mention it, Waka Dog has had a few eating contests which is a little different than a food challenge. In a contest you are competing against other individuals to see who can eat the most or the fastest or both. A food challenge is generally man vs. food with a time limit and a few basic rules.
